Our History is short, but full of growth.
FYN was founded on February 14, 2009 in a meeting of 3 minds- Robbe White, Nicky Hoffman and Morley Schloss. It began as an idea and dream by founder, Robbe White who visited naturist resorts but never saw young people.
A 1 year website sponsorship was donated by The Naturist Society and Sunsport Gardens owner, Morley Schloss. Nicky Hoffman of TNS made FYN and official "Special Interest Group" (SIG) of The Naturist Society. Morley offered to have a completely free weekend for anyone ages 18-30 that April. FYN was born.
The first event was planned for April 10-12, 2009 and was named Naked Spring Bash, held at Sunsport Gardens in Loxahatchee Groves, Florida. The event was free and attracted nearly 60 young people to our camping community. Over 100 attended our tribal drumming and dance circle. There were professional drummers, a body painter, yoga instructor and DJ who all donated their time and talent for this event. The event promoted body acceptance and freedom, along with enriching activities like yoga and meditation.
Throughout the summer our network grew, through beach and resort outings and even two private Naked Sushi parties in downtown West Palm Beach.
That was 2009, since then our events have attracted hundreds of people from all over the country and the world! We have made 3 newspaper covers and naturism among young adults is now thriving in Florida.
Costs:
We are the future of naturism! We need financial support to help with costs.
The costs include everything from website/data costs, legal paperwork/filing, local advertising, PO box rental, event rental fees, event entertainment costs and more.
All money donated will go directly
to cost and development of our organization.
